Spotlight campaigns for the UK to have a robust legislative and regulatory framework for prosecuting and sanctioning corruption and other economic crimes. Our work includes encouraging the introduction of more stringent corporate criminal liability reforms, including greater accountability for senior executives, and calling for more effective supervision and regulation for money laundering.
