Kathryn Busby has 20 years of experience in the UK not-for-profit sector and specialises in finance and operations management. After beginning her career as a fundraiser for Shelter and Campaign Against Arms Trade, Kathryn was a founding co-director of The Equality Trust and since has worked in senior roles for NGOs including The Access Project and the Peace Pledge Union. Kathryn is a Trustee and Treasurer of Hackney Migrant Centre, and at Spotlight she leads on finance, grant management, governance and HR.
