Sir David Green KC was director of the Serious Fraud Office between 2012-2018, and prior to that director of Revenue and Customs Prosecutions, after 25 years in practice at the criminal bar. He is currently a partner at Cohen and Gresser working on white collar crime, as well as being the Chair of the Fraud Advisory Panel and a distinguished fellow at the Royal United Services Institute.
