Tougher Enforcement

Spotlight campaigns to ensure that the UK has more effective and transparent anti-corruption law enforcement to tackle economic crime. Our work includes monitoring the work and funding of the UK’s economic crime enforcement agencies; acting to improve transparency and open justice in the UK courts for economic crime cases; and encouraging greater representation of the harms caused by corruption, compensation for its victims, and the transparent return of corrupt assets.
